The Quinkan Rock Art Site
The Quinkan Rock Art site is located north west of Cairns near Laura, in Queensland’s Outback. Fly over magnificent rivers and vast landscapes before landing on top of a large sandstone escarpment. As well as being home to some of the best Aboriginal Art work in Australia, the area offers uninterrupted views of the Queensland outback.

The Quinkan Rock Art site near Laura is home to the Magnificent Gallery. This gallery is outstanding for its variety, quantity and quality and is home to over 450 pieces of art with some dating back 15,000 years.
When your helicopter lands you will be met by a local Kuku Yalanji traditional owner who will guide you through the gallery and interpret the art for you.
